Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety. Proverbs 11:14 ESV
Counselors must be free to:
1. Rigorously, yet respectfully disagree.
2. Inform me when my critics are right.
3. Be unimpressed with who I think I am.
4. Be truthful with me with out fear of being cut off.
5. Hold me accountable for my actions.
